Forsyth County Courthouse

We provided a multi-parcel boundary survey for the consolidation of properties for a new Forsyth County
Courthouse and Detention Facility. The scope included a complete topographical survey as well as outfall route surveys for utility connections.

Fowler Park

We provided a boundary and topographic survey of the proposed Fowler Park, a 277 acre park site located in Forsyth County, GA.

Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of Georgia

We provided an ALTA/NSPS Land Title
Survey for the development of the Jim Ellis Buick and GMC Dealership in Buford, GA. The scope also included a multi parcel topographic survey, Final Platting, Site Distance Survey to meet GDOT standards, and Easement Exhibits for utility outfall connections.

Old Tate Mill Road

We provided a boundary survey and lot split plat for
a twelve-acre parcel which created one two-acre parcel for the development of a home with the balance of ten acres being eligible as a conservation easement reducing taxes.
